Warren Fitzmorris is the Mental Performance Coach for the Ochsner Health System in New Orleans, Louisiana. He holds a Master’s in Sport Psychology & Motor Behavior, which he uses to work with athletes and teams on improving confidence, focus, and mindfulness.
